Welcome to the Lovely Soles website. My name is Deirdre Davies and I am a
fully registered Reflexologist based in Caerphilly. I qualified with a level 3 diploma and an overall distinction in 2007, having trained at the excellent 'Inspira Premier Academy of Reflexology' in the Vale of Glamorgan. I have full membership with both the Association of Reflexologists and the Professional Reflexology Organisation.
To date, this course is the most highly regarded and stringent reflexology training available in the UK. Not only does it cover reflexology techniques but also in-depth anatomy and physiology, plus knowledge of diseases, disorders and nutrition.
I practice this gentle therapy from the Mindfulness & Wellbeing Centre in the heart of Caerphilly town. The centre is easily accessible from Caerphilly, Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan and the surrounding South Wales Valleys and is approximately 10 minutes drive from junction 32 and the A470.
