Reflexology South Wales
Hello and welcome to the Lovely Soles website. My name is Deirdre Davies and I am a AOR Registered Reflexologist based in South Wales. I qualified with a level 3 diploma and an overall distinction in 2007, having trained at the Inspira Premier Academy of Reflexology in the Vale of Glamorgan.To date, this course is the most highly regarded and stringent reflexology training available in the UK. The course not only covers reflexology techniques but in-depth anatomy and physiology, plus knowledge of diseases, disorders and nutrition.
I support other health care professionals and continually strive for personal development. I am fully insured and follow both the code of ethics and the strict code of conduct as outlined by the Association of Reflexologists. I am currently training in Maternity Reflexology and will follow this up with Tiny Toes Therapy in October 2010.
I understand that no two soles are the same. With this in mind each treatment will be tailored around you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit to your health & well-being.
I practice this gentle therapy from the Mindfulness & Wellbeing Centre located in the heart of Caerphilly, over-looking the magnificent castle in all its splendour. The centre is easily accessible from Cardiff, Swansea, Vale of Glamorgan and the surrounding South Wales Valleys and is approximately 10 minutes drive from junction 32 and the A470.
